Hair removal
Wanstead Beauty clinic uses the prestigious Australian waxing brand LYCON. Lycon Hot Waxes are a low temperature formula, they shrink-wrap and remove hair as short as 1mm, they are very pliable and painless for most people. Waxing is not a permanent form of hair removal and whilst it is the preference of some clients, Wanstead Beauty Clinic also offer permanent hair removal systems to suit all.

Lycon waxing
Lycon wax also comes as a cruelty-free waxing system, and a large portion of the Lycon product range is vegan friendly. All pre/post waxing product ranges contain no animal derivatives. Please note that on the booking link, Vegan Lycon is in a separate booking area from Lycon hot wax.
Areas covered include: armpit, legs, nose, lips and intimate areas are shaped to your own preference. Not forgetting our most popular Brazilian and Hollywood waxes.

Men's waxing
Painless Hair Removal Waxing for Men. Waxing exfoliates the skin to remove dead skin cells from your body, so you can enjoy nourished, more youthful-looking skin. Your body will look smoother, as a wax will remove hair down from its roots.
Areas covered include: Backs, shoulders, chest, eyebrows, full body, nose, ears, legs, stomach toes and underarms.

Threading
Threading is one of the most accurate methods of removing hair with a single piece of cotton thread. There are no artificial waxes or chemicals used during the procedure, so it's 100% natural. Areas usually threaded are eye brows, face, lip and chin. Threading is precise and does not create any dragging of sensitive skin.
